Unclear Instructions
The price has been good and seems strong so far, but the instructions for a full understanding of how to attach to different types of projectors are not clear at all. Our BenQ only has three holes so we had to remove one of the levers, but since there are no instructions on how to do this we had to figure it all out ourselves. This is not normal for a person without any experience. My only concern is that if you need to push a button or connect something, the screws won't be tightened enough to stop the movement.
