Tight, sticky movements. Will send back.

I was looking to upgrade the ball heads that came with my tripods. It was worse. Firstly, the fine adjustment knob, which is designed to increase resistance against the ball, is no different from the blocking knob. Second, even if both knobs are fully loosened, the ball will not move smoothly and will get stuck badly. Ball heads from my tripods are much better than these. i will send it back
