Disappointed with the product
I bought this item a few years ago and my son had no problems with it but when I bought the second one I was really shocked he has so many problems. When you purchase this item, you are purchasing it directly from Revain. So if there is a problem with the firmware, you can replace it. Otherwise, it's easy to load music on it, and it has an excellent screen backlight. If only Archos had solved the firmware problem. That would be the only MP3 I would buy.
