The fact that I have been able use this software without needing an IT expert or developer has allowed me to do my job faster than previous solutions! It's easy enough so anyone could learn it quickly and get going but powerful enough so you don't need someone else to help configure your rules. There are some features we would like such as being able to define our own fields rather then using predefined ones which were not always relevant (we needed custom field names). We also wish there was better support from their customer success team when things go wrong. This allows us to be up and running quicker than other tools. Being able to run reports against multiple customers at once instead having each report built out separately makes workflows much easier.
