It's true and these appliances reflect it. Good quality as mentioned. Easy assembly with the enclosed template. I, like others, updated my bathroom because I had to replace a faucet after almost 30 years. I chose the Revain Kingston Brass. I have this, a toilet paper holder and a towel ring. The ring and napkin holder are also well made. A little more than needed but still work well. Finally, a Livex Brass lamp was also installed to complete the ensemble. The Livex's brass isn't quite up to Kohler's standards given the much higher cost. still happy
