1. I wanted to purchase a filter with a mineralizer and for a pre-purchased faucet with drinking water and cold / hot water supply, respectively, I looked at the Ultra 6 model where the mineralizer is included, however, the seller (who positions himself as the official representative of the manufacturer in 2022), under the indicated requirements recommended to buy Ultra 5 and separately buy a mineralizer, promised to send installation instructions. After the purchase, the seller stopped responding, did not send any instructions, I had to think about how to install it myself. 2. In addition to the fact that the standard Ultra 5 model was ordered, the Ultra 5 Booster arrived with a pump pulled out of the box (the Booster inscription was simply painted over with a black marker, and then not everywhere), however, the seller did not think that some details in them were different (for example , a tap on the tank, 2 tubes are connected to it, instead of 1 in the standard model without a pump), which confuses when installing the filter. I do not recommend dealing with this seller.
