Amazing non-stick properties the first few times of use but then they lose their non-stick properties. I use this every week to make pancakes and I always wash my hands. But over time, even with a little butter or olive oil, the eggs will start to stick. I just buy one back every year when they get really bad and "get stuck" to the point where I'm over it. I have other Casaware cookware that isn't used that often and they are all fine. However, something is now sticking to the meatloaf pan. So it's great as long as they aren't. Then they're just like any other "disposable" casserole dish.
