Review on ☕️ Black Mr. Coffee 2-Quart Iced Tea & Iced Coffee Maker by Paul Massey

I bought a new coffee/tea maker just because my old pot was cracked. The rest worked fine. The first 3 times I ran plain water as recommended before use, there was about 1 cup of water left in the brewer each time. BOILING water for draining mind you. I didn't think much about it, but when it came to real tea, I got in touch with Mr Coffee Brands, aka Sunbeam. They seemed very careful and sent me a label to send the faulty one back and exchange for a new one from them. EXCELLENT! the new one does the same damn thing. I'm angry about it. I haven't gotten a response from the company on this yet, but I hate paying for something that is garbage to begin with. THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION ABOUT THE AMAZON SELLER. They only sell/deliver goods.
