Customer Service was really helpful in making me feel comfortable about purchasing this system for my dealership! I wish there were some easier ways of working within it as well - specifically when using multiple accounts/users or if someone gets locked out from their account temporarily etc.. Have confidence knowing we are utilizing an industry leading product like iPak!! We've been able solve many issues (and continue solving them!) regarding our daily office processes since implementing these systems at WMG Motorsports Group over 2 years ago. The ease of use for our dispatcher. It makes it so easy to enter routes and dispatch drivers in real time! I wish there was an option for a web browser version as well. We have been able to cut down on paperwork and errors. This has also helped us keep track of driver safety better than before. Our customers are happy too because they can see when their drivers will be arriving at their location.
