The most important thing for us was to be able to have our accounting system up & running in less than 24 hours after order. And they delivered! They really came through with their promises. With Optimum we were able to get into production very quickly. We were also happy that they had some pretty cool features like inventory management built-in. I can't think of anything I disliked about Optimum's service - everything worked great from day one. They do what they say they will and then some. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond to please your customers AND make sure things work well behind the scenes - look at them first if you don't already know them personally. Our business has been growing rapidly so it just made sense to move away from Excel spreadsheets and towards something more professional.
