I don't write reviews unless I'm very impressed. Needless to say, this antenna impressed me. I had previously ordered several thin sheet antennas (manufactured by different companies) from Revain hoping each one would be better than the last, but they were all mediocre until I got this one. By mediocre I mean that if the antenna is in one place I would pick some channels but not all and then if I move the antenna I would pick up some other channels and lose some of the previous ones. I wasn't able to get all the stations I needed until this device arrived. I don't understand why the antenna technologies are different and it's possible you won't get the same benefits as me. It is also possible that there are some differences even in the same product from the same manufacturer. A bit of trial and error until you get what you like. Some comments: 1. You still have to put the antenna next to the windowsill, common sense.2. I tried an antenna with active amplifiers and could not tell any difference in reception with and without an amplifier. There is no amp in the kit but I don't see the point in it. I wish you success.
