I like how well organized they are with their communication platform where you can send them your questions or concerns about a project at any time for free. They also have great customer service as well as friendly people to work with. Nothing really! I've had some minor issues such as not being able to submit my payment information in full but it's been fixed quickly once contacted by support. We were looking for someone who could help us understand our target audience better so we decided to go with Charmant. It has given me peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of from start to finish. The process was very easy and I would definitely recommend this team to others.
