I needed this wig to cover my fuchsia/purple hair to teach English online to prepare for the slow journey I want to take after the pandemic. To judge how much better this wig is than other wigs in this price range - that was never my intention but I had to try four wigs before I found this one. Buying a wig online is a mess. Many of the photos do not match the product. One wig was supposed to be 18 inches but was actually 15 and was pretty much a bob, the other wig was packaged improperly and flattened when shipped and could not be worn afterwards. The first four wigs were a medium matte brown, although the lighting in the photos made the wig dark brown. The last wig was like this! It's soft and natural feeling. The color is really dark brown and looks just like the picture. (Some would call it natural black, but I call it dark brown). The style is similar to blow drying your hair and using a hair straightener. It's thick, has a believable scalp, and doesn't look like weaving a cap. I would have preferred 20 inches but it wasn't on this wig and honestly it's a better wig than others for the price, a bit longer is fine. It's a bit shiny but goes well with this hairstyle and color. I find it's such a better quality than others. It comes with a cardboard support ring so you don't have to return the flattened wig cap. I'm writing this review because I learned the hard way that shopping for wigs online can be hell. I hope this saves you time.
