Not 2 in 1! for toner cartridges

Bought this item in May and put the first cartridge in the printer it worked fine and I used all the ink. When I put the second cartridge in the printer, it kept asking me to put in a new toner cartridge because it was empty. The toner cartridge went straight into the printer from the sealed box so I don't know if it was empty or just defective? At the moment I can't return the item because I bought it 2 months ago. I am very disappointed and will not buy it again! ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!
