After wearing them a few times, they completely destroy my heels - they go up very high and rub. I tried putting these molehill stickers on the back but it can't change height so it didn't work. And I definitely couldn't take a size smaller, they're a bit tight around the toes anyway. Which is a shame because these shoes have the best arch support I've found in ballet flats! I have tendon problems and usually wear orthotics, but I have a hard time fitting them into ballet flats. You have the same support. Another complaint is that the lining is thick and too warm. Leather is usually an advantage because it's more breathable, but the lining counteracts this, which makes my feet sweat. You look good barefoot, but you really need socks or foot powder.
