First of all it came flat in a box. The instructions showed no model exactly like what I purchased. I was able to figure it out without instructions however. The bottom of base came in 2 pieces one of which had some weight to it. The other was brushed silver that fit on top. Other than the instructions issue I wish it was slightly taller but it works alright. I do like the way it looks and tp rolls just slide on the arm. Nice slim design so fits in my small half bath no problem.
