Review on Grey Monoprice 8 Outlet Rotating Surge Strip - UL Rated 2, 160 Joules with Grounded and Protected Light Indicator (111146) by Rudy Barron

I recently decided to take control of my external hard drive collection and very quickly encountered the bane of modern HD cases - the wall mounted power supply . So many stones! I ended up with power strips plugged into power strips just to keep everything plugged in as each brick covered at least 3 plugs. Even large strips with scattered plugs didn't solve this problem because I had LOTS of plugs, and they usually have 2-4 spacings. Not this one. 8 plugs and each of them can take a wart! I was able to move all but two of the warts (leave them in a different lane for the sake of switching), which allowed me to turn off the power until I needed to use those drives. I also went from 5 to two splitters and stopped connecting splitters to splitters. I will buy another one for on-site video recording. Highly recommended.
