When I bought these I expected them to be quite fragile and not move much air (I only need them to move some air and wish they were bigger for RGB lighting) . Pulling them out of the box I found that they are made of high quality plastic and have a solid construction. They also move a lot more air than I thought. Please note that the light cannot be changed; They have a static rainbow effect. I wasn't aware of that when I bought it (although it's CLEARLY stated in the product description), but it wasn't a problem for me because I wanted to use the rainbow effect anyway. I also don't think they would work well on heatsink fans, but they might be ok for use on a 120mm CPU heatsink. They're the $18 they're listed for at the time of writing this review and I'll probably buy another set or two.
