I have used flipick as part of my work life since it was launched in 2016. It has been very helpful in managing our internal employee communication system so far. The ability to create different groups within one platform is great when you need them. Nothing yet but if any improvement comes up i'm sure they will be happy about implementing those improvements. We are solving issues with organizing all of our communications internally without having several systems. I like the ability to customize the course to meet the needs of the organization. I like that they have a very good customer support team. I dislike that they have a very long learning curve. I also dislike that they don't have a mobile app. I also dislike that they don't have a way to allow external companies to use their platform. I am solving the problem of providing on-demand, self-paced learning to a large organization.
