I got tired of the roll of parchment that would curl up and overhand the baking sheet. Now I just pull out a sheet of parchment from the cardboard box and place it on the cookie sheet. I use it for everything!My only complaint is that the sizing is slightly off. It is a little wider than my pans (and I have 8 pans purchased from multiple places and given to me from other people so I'm assuming my pans aren't a random size) and shorter in length than my pans. It's not a big deal for using them but it just keeps it from being a 5-star product. It's the engineer in me.
