Review on 📺 Q Plus Android 9.0 TV Box 4GB RAM 64GB ROM: Quad-core, 6K H.265 HD, WiFi 2.4GHz, Ethernet Support by Junee Mauck

Overall a great device with above average build quality and a simple user interface in terms of Android TV boxes. I've been using this device for a little less than a month and my impressions are mostly positive. 4K works well and has HDR support, but when comparing 4K video from my TV to my set top box, I noticed a slight performance slowdown on this set top box when watching 4K video, which is a little disappointing . On the other hand, the performance is really great. Incredibly responsive and works seamlessly. The RGB trim on the device is a big plus for the aesthetics. Now for the issue it just breaks it for me as that is why I had to buy a new TV box and am pinning my hopes on this one. WiFi connection. With this TV box that works out of the box, I've had Wi-Fi issues, not related to the connection itself, but to the box that maintains the connection. When launching the app the app says network error and I go into settings and wifi randomly drops most of the time. I keep getting network errors but the box is still connected to wifi so I disable wifi and turn it back on and the problem will fix itself but from 30 minutes to an hour max. Now this happens often, but not most of the time, but enough to annoy anyone who is addicted and has to stop everything to continue troubleshooting. Now that the WiFi is down, trying to turn it back on is a 50/50 hit or miss. Sometimes it takes 3 minutes to connect to the wifi itself and sometimes it won't connect at all so turn it off and on again and wait 3 minutes for the box to assemble and connect to the network, and what you have to spend 5 minutes to get it working again and be able to repeat the problem is quite frustrating. There's also no 5GHz connectivity option. Overall incredible value and design, ease of use, top notch performance but terrible connectivity issues. I hope I got a bad one out of the batch, but I hope this issue doesn't happen with other people's products.
