I bought two packs - one has already been thrown in the bin. The lid would not close and the coffee only stayed hot for a couple of hours. We're trying another one to see if there was a problem with heat retention in the seal. If yes, I will update the information. Here's the thing — I have a 16-ounce bottle of Dunkin Donut that looks like this — but it keeps the coffee really hot for hours. I put coffee on at 6:30 am and at 10:00 am it's still very hot at school. My husband still wants to "borrow" it, so he needs his own bottle, but one that keeps the coffee hot like mine (and Dunkin doesn't have one anymore). UPDATE: The 2nd bottle works great - keeps the coffee hot and the lid closes tightly. The merchandise (not shipping) packaging for this order was damaged - possibly the reason for the thermal accumulator's inoperability.
