Concerning the uncertainties, the fastex was broken, and it is possible that it was broken because when you unfasten it, the fastex flies upwards at a great speed and beats against the hole into which it is threaded. As a result, I came dangerously close to losing the second fastex. In addition to that, there was a lot of tape on the box, but not even two layers. I can't check whether it was going to or not; these are just my guesses. I don't decrease my rating because the chair itself is of high quality; nonetheless, it is dirty and one of the fastex straps is broken. Despite this, however, I do not lower my rating.

- The pillow had a broken fastex, a trifle but unpleasant (in general, they are very flimsy). There are worries that it was already assembled because the box had a hole in it and everything looked to originate from one place. There are also concerns that the pillow may have been mislabeled. Extremely prone to soiling.
