The system has been very easy, intuitively simple with many features that are not available in other systems we were looking at previously - it's also really reliable! There isn't much I dislike about this product so far but if there was anything then probably would be lack of more advanced reporting tools or maybe some customization options could have improved our experience even further? We're solving problems like guest tracking by creating custom reports which help us understand how customers use different areas within hotels etc., as well improving overall service levels through better staff training programs (and providing feedback).
