The good news is that it was VERY easy to assemble. It took about as long to figure out the not-so-helpful instructions as it took to put it together. Come with a pair of flip flops and a little mental effort. Unfortunately it was bought as a TP dispenser but nothing is included in the kit to hold the reel so it can spin. The "top" is flipped over to put the towels in and this might work for face towels, but the roll doesn't spread, it just tears. Even a half-used reel isn't light enough to simply roll while you draw. I assumed there must be cleats or something inside to keep the reel floating. I was wrong. I'm going to play around with the router a bit and try adding a standard crossbar or some screws or nails to the sides to hang the reel. it, but unfortunately it won't work for what I bought it for.
