Unsatisfactory byRHO - Review of Low-Quality Products: I recently bought some bathroom fixtures from byRHO's online site, and I have to admit, I was very dissatisfied. Even though they have a huge selection of things, the quality of what I got was poor.
I was given fragile faucets and other fixtures that seemed like they would give out at any second. The parts didn't fit together properly during installation, which necessitated a lot of extra work on my part. To make matters worse, byRHO's customer service fell short of expectations. They were indifferent and useless when I contacted them with my concerns, which left me feeling annoyed and unsatisfied. Overall, I would not advise anyone looking for high-quality home renovation materials to purchase from byRHO. Although they may offer a wide assortment, anyone wishing to brighten up their home should avoid them due to the low quality of their items and lack of customer service. Look elsewhere if you want to avoid the trouble of doing house improvements.
