I was looking at those expensive water bottles that track how much water you drink when Revane suggested this bottle for people to buy after looking at the one I was looking at. It was the price I liked the most and I can drink at any speed I want. I hate bottles that have to be sucked out of the water but not this one. But the lid is still very secure and does not leak. The waterhole is also big enough, you can take big sips or slow down as you like. But no tiny spout, I like that. I don't always insist on water, but one of my favorites is a small apple, 5-6 thinly sliced pieces of ginger, and a cinnamon stick, which I use several times. I also love mint in water. It helps me to drink more water because I know it's 32 ounces and I need to drink at least 2 full bottles and I try to drink 3 every day.
