Worn to a wedding in Nigeria and got compliments all night! I'm 5ft 4in, 173lbs and ordered a large. I recommend wearing shorts or stockings underneath as the wind is very light. I wore black spandex shorts underneath as it was windy outside. Overall it was comfortable and super charming! I will order more!
