Review on Hommay 12-Color Adjustable Puppy Collars for Litter, Small Puppies, and Kittens by Dawn Webster

I bought these hoping to use for my litter of 8 kittens. I was putting on 4 of these when I heard a horrible muffled scream from one of my 9 week old kittens who was choking. Crawling like kittens, she caught her collar in the metal railing and began spinning to free herself. The full weight of her body and the tugs did not break the collar. I couldn't even break it with my hands and had to cut through the fence to free it. I tested them all and with a lot of excitement I got the same result and couldn't solve it. I should have tested them before putting them on, but I learned a terrible lesson. I wouldn't put them on a dog or cat next to something to hold on to.
