The scale in itself is incredible. I give it a four because they gave me the wrong link to the PDF and the manual that came with it wasn't right for my size either. The phone support there is great. In general, I am very satisfied with the scale. A tip, no software or camera is included. I would advise against buying an adapter for your camera as it doesn't come with the software and even if your camera is supported it's useless to focus. I came back with an adapter return (I have a Nikon 5100) and bought their camera and it works great. So I hope others can avoid a lot of twists and turns, but I have no regrets about the magnitude. it exceeded my expectations.
