So used every day in class. When it worked, it was absolutely fantastic. But one day it stopped. Let's talk about the good first, okay? The mic was clear with virtually no lag. The adapters in the box made it extremely versatile. To be honest, I really liked him. And then the fateful day came, after 3 weeks of use it stopped working. So we looked for the owner's manual and did whatever it said. Searched the web, followed every video on YouTube. Contacted support, followed all instructions. There were a lot of them, and they were incredibly uncomfortable. Support gave us a series of repetitive tasks that never helped repair the product and refused to help with a replacement or anything else as they needed to see the device it was plugged into (what of the day and week depended). It doesn't work for any of them. The seller was more interested in saving their money and not replacing a clearly defective product than a buyer willing to go the extra mile for a good product with a likely manufacturer's defect. For those reading this, here is the situation. All lights indicating that the receiver is connected to the transmitter are lit. No matter what the receiver is connected to, no sound comes through the system. I switched microphones, switched devices and adapters, and nothing. It was an incredible disappointment because the product was great while I was working and probably would have been a quick fix if I had known the unit appears to have defective electronics so I can tell if it is wrong. This product was recalled solely due to customer service and an unwillingness to work with its customers. Don't buy because if you have a problem, fix it if at all possible.
