It was a very disappointing combination. I tried it because it was claimed to increase volume but when the bottles arrived there was no word 'volume' on them anywhere but the sticker on the shampoo bottle had a printed label showing the volume increase - hmm, sketchy. It also didn't add volume to my very normal, straight, somewhat fine hair. Second, the bottles are big and cylindrical, but very narrow, and the design is just terrible for squeezing out conditioner. I have to unscrew the cap and tap my palm to push something out and then too much comes out and I have to carefully try to put something back in. Each shower has gotten me so frustrated that I've just stopped using the combo and I never do, especially with a product that claims to be a luxury! Just a note - it contains parabens, but I guess sulfate-free doesn't mean it's free of other pests. Will not buy again nor recommend to friends.
