The slit is very high and there is no lining, shorts, etc. under the skirt, so you have to wear something under the skirt. The stuff is really weird. it is very stiff, transparent and not liquid at all. Reminds me of shower curtain fabric. The elastic at the waist is tight so the skirt doesn't hang very well. It's possible I could use it as a shower curtain now that I think about it, so I'm adding a star. a type that repels water and sand.
