I really like the idea behind this product. No heat damage and great curls. I also really liked how my hair looked after using this product. However, it took some effort to keep it in place as I have medium length hair with a lot of layers, so I would definitely say this is best for long straight hair. I only have time for this kind of thing at night, but sleeping with it on is really uncomfortable. So if you're as busy as I am and can't spend at least a few hours sitting with this in your hair, you need to know about this. All in all a nice treat in between and a nice change from hot styling :)
