Not even the worst quality I've ever seen, it's a disappointment.

This is the classic 20" Xiaomi luggage I just bought. We decided to buy a suitcase from this vendor based on the feedback we saw online. The suitcase was a different model than expected; specifically, a 20" Xiaomi mi suitcase, which is a more affordable type and comes in a different color and with a different logo on the luggage handles. Initiated a request for a refund and a return. After making the money, the suitcase arrived two days later. A week was required to process the reimbursement. The "on the way" notification for a return lasted for 6 days. Support is at a loss for an answer when asked about the missing baggage. They promise that the specialists would call back, but then they say that they can only answer the mail, and the appeal is redirected to "specialists" with whom direct communication is impossible. The Amazon chat support team eventually started ignoring questions and comments. I called the hotline for an explanation, but all they could tell me was that my appeal had been prioritized. On the seventh day, the suitcase magically emerged at the seller's check and the refunding procedure began after I informed them that we would continue to settle the issue through Rospotrebnadzor. The outcome: frayed nerves, a lengthy wait, and disinterest in the support staff, which knows nothing about the return's progress.
