I received a sample of this from my orthodontist after I had my braces removed. He gave me a syringe to use with my Essix clear retainers. I noticed it makes a difference so I decided to buy a few more. I used the first set of 4 and am happy with my results so far! I notice a difference after every use. At first I only used it for about 30 minutes. (on the advice of my podiatrist) and gradually increasing the time to an hour, two hours, etc. This is to avoid any sensitivity to the product. I've never had any major problems with it. I noticed a little bit of tenderness in the gums, but nothing that didn't go away after a short while. Now I wear it at night with no problem! It's reasonably priced here at Revain and I prefer the convenience of using my Essix retainers and leaving them overnight rather than Crest Whitening Strips. Maybe next time I'll even try 15% instead of 10% :)
