This work chair is a good price for its comfort. I can sit on it from 9 to 5 all day without having a sore butt at the end of the day. It has good height options to meet ergonomic needs. He also has good lumbar support. My lower back isn't tight after sitting on it all day. There is good padding for the buttocks. Most importantly, it doesn't get hot like other office chairs! My ass doesn't sweat as much if I sit in a warmer house all day. I would suggest having two people help build the chair. It was a little heavy for one person, and having an extra pair of hands to help align speeds up the process.
