I like that we are able to have our own team of experts at any time through outages or other issues. Having your own expert helps you in case something goes wrong! It's hard sometimes because it is not always easy to find someone who knows exactly what they're doing when working from home (or even if there was an office). Being remote has given us more freedom than ever before so this isn't really much of anything negative but just be aware of how different things can look depending where/when you go into work each day. There aren’t many downsides as being remotely located allows me flexibility without having my employer pay extra costs.
