I bought this manifold for moderate pressure CO2 distribution (well below the manifold's rated pressure) in greenhouses and aquariums. Even on my first attempts at precision sized brass and aluminum alloy joints, the aluminum in this manifold snapped off with a simple hand wrench. I held it together with lots of teflon tape and retrofitted connectors for about a week. However, the leaks continued and I immediately ran out of full CO2 tank. After replacing the manifold with a much better design alternative (just a few bucks more), I charged the cylinder for months with no leaks. In particular, nothing broke on the replacement header, and again, I just hand tightened it.
