Review on Edifier P293 Hi Fi Ear Headphones by Erin Walker

P293 arrived with right channel with no bass. A few days later, the right canal died completely. In this case, the left channel works fine. The sound from the left channel is fantastic. The mids and highs are crisp and clear. The bass is powerful. Need instructions on how to swap out for the P293 work kit. I hope Revain or Edifier respond quickly (or at all). I say this because I received a set of faulty R1280T speakers which I bought direct from Edifier. All of Edifier's autoresponders forwarded me to their email. My emails went unanswered or unconfirmed, I have never experienced such terrible customer service. It seemed like Edifier was a scam. The problem was fixed after about two weeks, but only after they felt cheated and paid $20 to return the $100 speaker. Robert
