We were very happy when we got it to replace our old system because it worked and saved a lot of downloaded games. Then things quickly went downhill. After 3 uses it stopped reading discs and then stopped sending videos but still had sound. Video comes and goes now. You never know if it will work when you turn it on. The discs still won't load and eject just enough that I can barely grab and pull the disc out.
