You may have heard that this is a good testosterone booster. Yes, I'm sure you've done some research on this amino acid. You are here to see if this brand is worth it. YES SIR. Pretty much powder. If you take 1 teaspoon of this stuff a day (I would NOT recommend taking it all at once...spread it out throughout the day...and I wouldn't recommend taking that much every day for a long time... If your citric acid cycle really isn't working (and you're not supplementing with L-proline, L-citrulline, or L-orthionine, all of which are produced in the citric acid cycle)), it will last you 6 months or more. As such, I would recommend having a separate container as a "transition container" and keeping the powder tightly sealed in that container to keep it as fresh as possible. And if you're worried about it being the most acidic amino acid, just keep that in mind. Have an L-citrulline supplement on hand to counteract hyperacidity (because L-citrulline has the highest pH of any amino acid). Again, the point is to support the process of the citric acid cycle in your cells. Any of the amino acids mentioned in this review will work for this. (Ingesting any type of mineral associated with "citrate" has the same benefits in this regard.)
