A good product at a good price, I advise you to try it.

Ruined the whole shopping experience.

ate: I wrote to the manufacturer by mail, they answered the same day, a week and a half after the request they sent new replacement panels
Good customer service, looking forward to a replacement

The non-stick layer on the panel began to come off, the grill was turned on twice, the panels were immediately washed The soft side of the sponge and paper towels (the iron sponge and the hard side of the regular sponge were not used) How could this happen if the quality is good?
