Skins for caviar are the best in my rating
I have cleft shin issues while walking and these are great to help with this issue. I wear them for a few hours after my run to help with my recovery.
Pros
- It's the best I've come across. Keep the compression there every other day. Machine wash and don't run like others.
Cons
- May not fit properly, causing discomfort and reduced effectiveness
