Installed on a concrete wall today. It took quite a bit of time, but it was worth it. Very well made, durable. Well articulated. All parts are included, serious quality accessories, good size. When installing it is best to have 2 people. I was alone and tried to make things easier by removing the articulated arms. Bad idea. In this case, pay close attention to the exact order and position of the black plastic spacers. I realized too late that they are different. found my way but it was wasted. I will buy again for another monitor
