I have been seeing these massage guns for a long time but when my back started to hurt along with my hips I decided to take a chance and buy this massager. I needed something easy to use, compact and with options. plus the power to wake up my muscles. This machine has performed brilliantly - I've used it on the quads, hamstrings and hamstrings with great success. The only thing not mentioned in the manual are the numbers that are displayed on the back of the LED screen. On the one hand, the strength (power) of the massager is displayed, on the other - how much energy is left in the battery. It took me a few minutes to figure out what I was shown, so I hope this helps someone else along the way. That aside, I feel more flexible and relaxed with my purchase (huh! See what I made there?) and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a piece of equipment to work out those tight muscles.
