I use this food for my Green Cheek Conures as it is lighter than conure sized kibble, they are too big. They love these pellets and I can be sure they are eating something healthy that is still affordable. It was recommended on a large forum called Avian Avenue. I respect what they say there as the participants have a lot of parrot experience. My parrots have been eating this food since childhood. They love it. They do not have stress bars and are generally healthy birds. I would recommend this to people who want to feed quality pellets on a budget. Also, it's cheaper on Amazon than anywhere else I've found. Then get it with Prime in two days! You can't beat this. I highly recommend this meal.
