very comfortable! It took me a while to find the perfect cushion for my kitchen chair/stool. Sometimes I work from home on my laptop and need a comfortable chair cushion. This is a REALLY high quality chair cushion. There's even a zipper so you can remove the lining for washing. The pillow is made of a comfortably dense memory foam that does not turn into a pancake after a short sitting. I am very happy with this purchase.
