I was obese and following a strict keto diet coupled with intermittent fasting a few years ago and lost a lot of weight. Now I'm at the upper limit of normal. But my weight started to creep back. Every day it seemed easier and easier to make it to noon. And I started noticing that I don't snack as much in the afternoon. My weight stabilized, did not gain and did not decrease for some time. It got better every day. I ate a modest lunch, some light snacks, then dinner and then stopped for the day. It got easier and snacks became fewer and fewer. Then the weight started to drop. At first it was quite a lot, but day by day it became more and more obvious. It seems to help curb my appetite. It's hard to tell how much this affects fat burning, but whatever happens, my weight is moving in the right direction.
