Faster weight swapping!

Makes swapping plates out on dumbbells waaaaaay faster than the standard screw down.As others have stated, they clamp on, so they don't have that screw down pressure on the plates to keep them from rotating slightly.
I've noticed however that with regular lifting motions, the clamps stay in place and do their job. That being said, I might be cautious doing faster motions like swings with them or something.Overall, they're great! Perfect for my routine.

Easy to use we'll see how they hold up.

Cons

The clamps may not be suitable for Olympic weightlifting
